A modern master of Barolo

From his home in Serralunga d’Alba, Davide works some of the most illustrious vineyards in Barolo – including Cerretta and Serra – crafting wines of elegance, depth, and precision. His long macerations in cement and ageing in bespoke French botti from Fontainebleau bring both finesse and longevity. These choices underline his philosophy: honouring tradition while subtly expressing his artistry.

Beyond Piedmont

While Barolo is at the heart of Davide’s work, his ambition reaches further. He produces a small but distinctive selection from Langhe and Roero, and has expanded south to Sicily, where he crafts Etna Bianco and Etna Rosso from the island’s volcanic soils. Each wine carries the same hallmarks of attention to detail and respect for terroir, showcasing Davide’s ability to capture the essence of diverse landscapes.
