Wildly fresh and focused, the 2023 Etna Bianco wafts up with a lovely blend of peach sorbet, mint leaf and white smoke. This is both juicy and refined, with crisp orchard fruits and hints of candied citrus that enliven the palate. Crisp minerality combines with lime and nectarine; the 2023 finishes long and leaves the mouth watering.

Spanish broom, stone fruit, hay and citrus aromas form the delicate but enticing nose on the radiant 2023 Etna Bianco from Giovanni Rosso. Bright and tangy, the racy, savory palate features yellow apple, Bartlett pear, Myer lemon and saline notes alongside vibrant acidity. Showing its Etna roots, it has great energy and mineral tension.
Drink 2024 - 2028
Intense bright citrus, gooseberry, white pear and mandarin peel, with a hint of gingerbread, this is full of subtle spice, concentrated in all the right places, with a juicy sign off. Such a great value wine, and so easy to recommend. Held on lees for five month in stainless steel vats, no oak ageing.
