Tasting note
This Spanish rosé comes from high-altitude vines that are up to 75 years old. It’s made predominantly from Tempranillo, with some Albillo blended in. Fermentation and ageing took place in stainless-steel tanks, for three to five months. The palate has a nice creaminess from the wine’s time on its lees, but it is refreshingly mineral on the finish.
