Description

The domaine has two parcels here, in the lieu-dit of Bel-Air. This shows an intensity of ripe red plum fruit. There is a roundness to the fruit profile that is generous and delicious. The tannins are gentle and fine. A chalky, mineral side brings some interest and freshness. The fruit was entirely de-stemmed, and the wine was aged in large foudres. Frédéric finds this “charming”; it’s hard to disagree.
