Description
After studying winemaking in both Burgundy and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Paul Granier was inspired to return to his roots in the South of France. This wine is made from the indigenous Piquepoul grape and aged for 20 months in demi-muids.
On the nose, ripe apricot is complemented by bitter greengage and underlying salinity. The palate is very textural with the creaminess from the oak complemented by bright acidity.
