Description

The 2022 Isabelle is characteristically delightful, with a delicate, light ruby hue that immediately disarms the taster as to how intense and quietly powerful it is. The nose is bright with redcurrant and red cherry and strawberries, with creamy, and slightly spicy undertones. The vibrancy on the palate is instantly refreshing, with concentrated red fruits, wet stone and baked pastry, held together by a mouthwatering acidity and supremely fine and silky tannins. This is a glorious wine, and bears the hallmarks of having great ageing potential. If you can wait for that long!
