Description

This cuvée is 100% Cabernet Franc and undergoes infusion to give it lightness and drive. It is aged in big concrete eggs and large barrels to soften the tannins. The nose is very floral with hints of red pepper and grilled meats. Intense strawberry and raspberry notes sit elegantly with notes of grilled meats on the nose. This is very juicy with soft tannins and certainly has some ageing potential.

Certified biodynamic Demeter and Biodyvin). Cabernet Franc, 100% whole bunch. Aged in barriques, concrete eggs and amphorae.

Light-to-mid crimson. Lifted and so delicate and fragrant. Delicate and stemmy/leafy on the palate, too. Not for anyone who wants concentration but so beautifully fresh and modulated. Finest of tannins. Light but really persistent.
