The 2021 Moulin-à-Vent Plantiers des Faver has a little more cohesion compared to other cuvées on the nose, with hints of tar infusing the red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, and there is more fruit here with a cassis and fig-tinged finish. Fine.
