Description

An enticing nose of sweet strawberries immediately draws you into this wine. It is ripe yet so refreshing, with hints of river pebbles and garden raspberries. A lifted note of bergamot and sweet spice add fascinating complexity, but the wine has an overriding sense of purity about it. That purity continues on the raspberry-infused palate with sweet strawberry notes around the edges. There is a gentle texture, yet the wine remains focused and precise throughout. This is a top-notch, elegant Garnacha. It has fine chalk-dust tannins leading into a hint of soya bean on the precise, savoury, beautifully pure finish.

Iron, grapefruit, wet stones, bacon and freshly cut strawberries on the nose. Nuanced and airy but with refined mineral firmness. Sensational powdery texture. It is long, ethereal, taut and quite effortless. Delicate, transparent and agile. It’s like a soft wind blown on your palate.
