The 2018 Frédéric Émile is captivating and beautifully layered, with delicate aromas of lime blossom, grapefruit zest, crushed stone, and subtle herbal and white tea hints. The palate is taut and finely sculpted, driven by vibrant acidity and a mineral core. Citrus, green apple, and saline notes gently unfold, leading to a long, flinty finish marked by quiet intensity and precision. Despite the warmer vintage, this wine remains focused and energetic, with approachable fruit generosity balanced by classic, age-worthy structure.

A super-elegant dry riesling for the hot and dry 2018 vintage! Brimming with kafir-lime, mirabelle-plum and dried-mint aromas. Great underplayed power on the medium- to full-bodied palate. The concentration seems to build with the chalky minerality at the overwhelming finish! From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
