Description
Kumejima’s Kumesen has produced traditional Japanese Awamori since 1949. The distillery follows ancient production methods dating back more than 600 years. Awamori is produced using long-grain indica rice and black koji mould; it is unique to Okinawa Prefecture. Kumesen’s Awamori is aged in American oak casks, imparting depth and complexity.
