Tasting note

A stunning blood orange colour coming from 7% red wine in Cumières, with an explosive wild strawberry and red stone fruit nose. On the palate, wonderfully ripe grapefruit and white fleshy peach characteristics fill the mouth and continue to drive through the finish. Whilst this blend is dominated by Chardonnay, the red fruit flavours from the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier really pack a punch and come to the fore in a very convincing and persuasive way. This would be a wonderful apéritif to share with friends.

A new star in the rosé champagne category. This medium-bodied, mouth-filling wine has a stunning nose of dried strawberries and candied orange, with delicate leesy complexity. The mineral freshness and fine mousse deftly underline this at the long, dry finish, where there’s great restrained power. Drink or hold.
