Brewed in the snowy city of Asahikawa, Hokkaido, Toku Junmai Daiginjo is a beautifully refined expression of craftsmanship – with rice polished to 35% for exceptional purity. The nose opens with notes of honeydew melon, pineapple and pink grapefruit.

It gradually reveals a deeper, cured meat-like umami. Creamy in texture, it glides across the palate with the richness of fatty tuna sashimi and toffee. This is a superb match with delicate seafood – or even charcuterie.
