This incredible cuvée from the Fenouillèdes mountain range, at the foot of the grand Pyrenees is a hidden gem in the Languedoc, for those in the know. One of the champions of biodynamics in the region, this intriguing blend of old-vine Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, Grenache Blanc and others is a beautifully well-balanced and textured wine. The colour has a golden hue, and the nose has a welcoming bouquet of herbal notes and spiced orchard fruits. The palate is silky and fresh, dry and full bodied, with even a hint of some tropical fruits, mango and pineapple. An ideal food wine, enjoy this with game or rich salads.
