Nikka Whisky Distilling Company was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru – considered by many to be the father of Japanese whisky. The Nikka Days blended whisky is enticing, smooth and inviting. It makes a wonderful introduction to the world of Japanese whisky. Aromas of baked apple are counteracted with a refreshing herbaceous energy and a hint of eucalyptus. It would work marvellously in a whisky highball on a warm summer’s day.
