The steep hillsides of Moulin-à-Vent produce a concentrated, powerful style of Gamay – and La Rochelle is perhaps its best vineyard. Our friend Olivier Merlin has a tiny plot here, with old vines dating back almost 100 years. Savour the rich, concentrated 2019; the stony, spicy 2020; and the floral, elegant 2021. The case also comes with a 10% saving on the full price of the bottles.
