A bright and breezy take on a summer classic, the King's Bee's Knees blends crisp No.3 London Dry Gin with floral King's Ginger Liqueur and zesty lemon juice. Smooth honey syrup brings natural sweetness, while a lemon twist adds a refreshing citrus lift—perfectly light and vibrant for warm-weather sipping.

This case contains:

1 x 70cl No.3 London Dry Gin (46%)

1 x 50cl The King's Ginger Liqueur (29.9%)

Ingredients

40ml No.3 London Dry Gin

15ml The King's Ginger Liqueur

15ml honey syrup

1 lemon

Ice

Recommended Glassware

Lowball glass

Method

1. Combine 40ml of No.3 London Dry Gin, 15ml of The King's Ginger Liqueur, 25ml lemon juice and 15ml honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Shake well and strain into a chilled lowball/rocks glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Optional: infuse some lavender into the honey syrup for added complexity and aromatics.
