Ingredients

30ml St. Germain, Elderflower Liqueur

Berry Bros. & Rudd Champagne by Mailly, Grand Cru, Brut

Soda water

Recommended Glassware

Large wine glass

Method

1. Pour 30ml of St Germain into a chilled large wine glass with ice.

2. Top up with chilled Champagne to taste and add a splash of Soda water.

3. Garnish with a twist of lemon for a touch of citrus elegance.
