Ingredients

25ml Berry Bros. & Rudd Sloe Gin

100ml 2022 Berry Bros. & Rudd Extra Ordinary Claret by Château Villa Bel-Air, Bordeaux

100ml boiling water

2tsp honey

1 orange

Star anise

Cinnamon sticks

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently until hot but not boiling.

2. Pour the mixture into a mug.

3. Garnish with an orange twist, a cinnamon stick and a star anise.
