Ingredients

30ml No.3 London Dry Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

75ml Berry Bros. & Rudd Champagne by Mailly, Grand Cru, Brut

1 lemon

Ice

Method

1. Combine No.3 Gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Shake well and strain into a chilled Champagne glass.

3. Top with Champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon peel for a zesty finish.
