Ingredients

60ml No.3 London Dry Gin

10ml Cocchi, Vermouth Di Torino, Extra Dry

1 lemon

Ice

Martini glass

Method

1. Measure 60ml of No.3 London Dry Gin and 10ml of Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, Extra Dry.

2. Stir over ice in a mixing glass until well chilled.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
