Description
Simon has 0.2 hectares here, which will increase to 0.37 in 2024. The nose is pure with fresh peachy and pear fruit and a lime note. It is cool and restrained, with nothing heavy or overripe. On the palate there are attractive floral notes and some creaminess with a crisp citrus bite. There is good concentration of fruit, but the overriding impression is of elegance and harmony. There is 20% new oak here.
