Description

The Vocorets’ Forest comes from 0.92 hectares over two parcels, planted in 1967 and 1981. It has a citrus-fruit and floral nose, backed up by a subtle reduction. There is a pleasing viscosity on the palate, generous citrus fruit combining with a subtle anise note. This is quite giving and friendly for now but may close down once in bottle.
