Description

Grossot’s Vaucoupin is made entirely in stainless-steel tank, from mostly old vines planted at the top of this very chalky, south-facing vineyard. The wine is quite classically styled this year: it is zesty, fresh, tight and tangy with a clean, precise finish. It should fill out a little more with time, but there is already a beautiful purity of fruit.
