The 2023 Syrah Noir lives up to its name and is inky black/blue-hued with an Hermitage-like nose of burning embers, ground pepper, leather, and exotic black and blue fruits. It's concentrated, full-bodied, has lots of structure, and is going to need bottle age, but it's a smoking Syrah in the making!
