Description
Guillaume is something of a Petit Chablis specialist, and his four hectares make up more than half of his total vineyard holdings. The vines here are still young, having been planted between 2010 and 2020. But there’s a real energy and vibrancy, as well as surprising complexity. It has a bouncy feel, with ripe orchard fruit and a pleasing crispness to the finish.
