The 2023 Bourgogne Rouge, aged 25% in amphora, comes from two lieux-dits. It has a crisp nose with blackcurrant and raspberry scents and a touch of briar. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, a gentle grip and good concentration on the finish. Give it a year in bottle.
