The 2023 Bourgogne Les Pellans, from a single 0.60ha parcel, has a fresh, mineral-driven bouquet with real drive and focus. The palate is very well balanced with a fresh citrus entry, touches of orange rind and lemon zest. It's vibrant towards the finish. Excellent.
