Description

This is another new label in Bastien’s range. Five barrels were made in 2023. It is more austere on the nose compared to his Gevrey-Chambertin, but it still retains wonderful freshness alongside bright red fruit. The palate has a juicy, crunchy fruit aspect, with a big mid-palate reinforced by a creamy texture. There is great purity of fruit and linearity here.
