Description

This Aligoté is new to the range and comes from a very high-quality plot in Marsannay which Bastien is in the process of acquiring. It is aged one-third in barrel and two-thirds in stainless steel. This is a discreet but approachable Aligoté with delicate notes of apricot, nectarine and citrus peel. The palate is slightly reductive but has a good creamy texture and a mixture of citrus fruits. The acidity is well balanced.
