Description

This cuvée is made with 30% whole bunches this year (down from 100% in 2022). This is a rather delicate Pommard with great purity on both the nose and the palate. Red cherry, ripe strawberry and honey notes are joined by some floral aromas on the nose. The palate has a lovely texture and roundness to it alongside slightly drying, chalky tannins. This is very enjoyable.
