Description

The top of this plot is Premier Cru; Bastien sources grape must from the lower, deeper-soil section which is village level but still very high quality. The nose offers apricot cream alongside lemon peel and some notes of honey and grapes. There is lovely acidity on the palate, which is well balanced, round and creamy. Notes of apricot and orange peel give extra freshness on the finish.
