Description
This wine is oozing complexity on the nose, with aromas of blossom, white peach and a hint of lemon zest. The palate greets you with complex layers of juicy citrus fruit and a seductively waxy texture, all leading to a long mineral and saline finish. The fruit here is extremely well-defined and intense, perfectly balanced with impressive freshness. I think this has all the attributes to age superbly, so I’d give this at least another few years before drinking.
