Description

The Les Chevrières hails from a single vineyard in Chainté, the southernmost commune in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. These vineyards boast 75-year-old vines that are densely planted, resulting in wines that display the essence of acacia, fresh, exotic pineapple, and lemon rind on the nose. The palate offers a full blend of almost honey-textured orchard fruit, layered tinges of clementine, and a saline persistence. All of this is complemented by a vibrant acidity that adds a radiant touch to the wine.
