Description

There is 100% whole-bunch fermentation here. It is quite deep in colour, with some spicy, floral character supporting the rich, succulent red fruit. There is a slightly heady note to it, making for a very attractive bouquet. There is good concentration of ripe fruit and spice on the palate, alongside a substantial tannic structure. With a bit of time, this will be beautiful.
