Description

Côte de Savant is a climat within Beauroy. Guillaume separates out this parcel to be aged for 14 months in used 500-litre oak demi-muids. With slightly older oak than in 2022, there is more focus and purity, the ripe citrus and white peach fruit combining with a stinging freshness and closing on a satisfying marine note. This is the most complex wine in this domaine’s range.
