Description

Les Lys is the only north-facing Premier Cru in Chablis. It’s cooler but sees the sun all day; there are rarely problems with achieving ripeness. Here, 60-year-old vines are planted on white clay soil. The nose has ripe citrus as well as some herbal touches, while the palate is generous and giving, with a rounded mouthfeel and creamy fruit. The finish is crisp. This should drink well young.
