Description
An absolute perfect expression of Bien Nacido Chardonnay. Bright lemon conserve, nutty lemongrass, and a hint of anise and acacia blossom on the nose. The palate is medium-plus bodied, lemon-lime with a hint of white apple and peach. Balanced by a vibrant, beautifully integrated, and long line of acidity with creamy undertones. Layers upon layers of detail to discover with this brilliantly structured wine.
The wine has been given the nickname “JEDI,” not pertaining to Star Wars but as an encouragement toward “Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion.” Never ones to hold back their thoughts, this is ABC’s rallying call for what they believe there needs to be more of in this day and age. We couldn’t agree more, and this beautiful wine expresses that in vinous terms perfectly.
