Description

Marc-Olivier has 0.44 hectares of vines here. Some of them around 50 years old, though some are considerably younger (the unfortunate result of a vigneron accidentally destroying a part of the vineyard). There is dark, concentrated berry spice on the nose with a supple, juicy palate and beautiful concentration. There is some tannic bite, but this is ripe and fine, with bright acidity alongside a savoury edge. It is delicious.
