Description

A west-facing site, Sous le Cellier is warm and sunny. This imparts a pleasing generosity to the wine, which is kept nicely in check by Jean-Philippe’s careful vineyard work and early harvesting. The fruit profile is firmly citrus in nature, rounded out by some gently toasty oak character and a lime-inflected finish.
