Description

This comes from two vineyards on the Puligny side of Chassagne: Les Houillières and Champ Derrière. It is floral and delicate, with fresh notes of apple and pear, lemon and lime and mineral spice. The palate has a lightly creamy texture with bright acidity, making this very refreshing and really quite an elegant expression of Chassagne.

Pale in colour, apples, white stone fruit and a little salinity. Then becomes more perfumed with time in the glass. A clean and fine white fruit across the palate, still with a little sunny honeysuckle at the edges but not disturbing the core.
