Made in collaboration with Benjamin Leroux, our 2023 Bourgogne Côte d’Or Pinot Noir comes from declassified Chorey-lès-Beaune fruit. The old vines here have delivered a wine with a subtle nose of black cherry and violets. On the palate, generous berry fruit combines with silky, delicate tannins and a refreshing, crushed-chalk finish – giving the perfect example of Burgundian Pinot Noir. This is best enjoyed lightly chilled, with charcuterie, soft cheeses or roast poultry.
