We’re very pleased to work with Rémi and Geraldine Pouizin to produce our Own Selection Côtes du Rhône. This large appellation in the Rhône Valley is best known for its fresh, juicy and spicy red wines, typically a blend containing Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The Pouizins’ estate, Domaine Dieu-le-Fit, has had biodynamic certification through Demeter since 2016. Rémi inherited vineyards from the Fourmente property, where he built his winery.

Tasting note

The brilliant Rémi Pouizin makes this delicious wine for us. The purity of his approach in the vineyard shines through in the aromas of freshly picked red cherries and ripe blackcurrants. The palate has a deliciously fresh yet silky mouthfeel, full of juicy red and black berries, while the sweet, bright fruit lingers alongside a lick of cranberry on the long, refreshing finish.
