Description

This is a fermage contract, part of the Lafarge-Vial range since 2022. It too is worked by horse. The wine has beautiful aromatics, with fresh blueberry fruit alongside something akin to sandalwood or even cigar-box spice. There is a real density of sweet fruit on the palate, though very bright acidity to cut through and leave a feeling of refreshment and energy.
