Description

This is a blend of the Bel-Air and Cercillon lieux-dits. Decomposed pink granite soils and relative altitude give this a lifted, perfumed edge. This has juicy, coulis fruit, all plums and ripe berries with a little spicy note. There is some nice richness on the palate, with a supple texture. But this is full of fresh, crisp fruit and bright acidity.
