Description
From the highest of the premier crus at close to 400m in elevation. Hints of lemon/lime citrus and wet stone promise. Beautiful, tensioned and clean on the palate, framed and carried through by zesty acidity, which continues right through the palate with excellent concentration and persistence. On the mid-palate, it broadens with some weight and delightful salinity. Just fabulous. I’d wait 5 years and seek white fish to partner!
