Description
This vineyard is directly opposite the winery. In fact, the vineyard’s name has been fashioned out of old vine cuttings and hung on the house opposite. It is steep, west-facing and catches the last of the sun. The Bachelets have a mere 0.07 hectares, at the bottom of the slope, although they have also managed to rent a further 0.07 hectares. For a warm site, this wine is surprisingly lifted and spicy. The palate is bright and fresh. Richer notes evolve but the palate remains vivid to the end.
