Description

This is another cuvée aged entirely in foudre to retain freshness and fruit purity. The vineyard benefits from a cool microclimate, facing east on top of a slope. The nose exhibits lovely peach and quince notes alongside some ripe lemon. The palate is precise and very well balanced, with fresh lemon peel and a well-integrated backbone of acidity.
