Description
The vines here range from five to 40 years old. This is aromatic and pretty, with intense aromas of ripe pears; the fruit is generous without explicitly showing the heat of the vintage. There is a light mineral note here and refreshing salinity. Once again, the wine was made entirely in stainless steel, preserving the purity and freshness of the fruit.
