Description

This vineyard sits above St Aubin; Caroline has around 1.5 hectares here. Eguisons is the name of a hill above the parcel, hence the name. Made entirely in stainless steel, this has really pure fruit on the nose, fresh melons and pears, alongside a cool mineral note. There is some weight and grip, but it’s balanced with bright, lively acidity. This is a joy to drink.
